The approach is calm and contained, using structure, routine, and reflection to help bring clarity and reduce overwhelm.
LiftingFog is built by a UK mental health nurse who understands both the clinical and lived experience of mental strain, and the role training and routine can play in supporting focus and stability.
This is not about fixing yourself or pushing harder.
It’s about understanding what you’re carrying — and learning how to carry less.
