One-to-One Support
LiftingFog offers supportive one-to-one mental wellbeing sessions for men who want space to talk, reflect, and make sense of what they’re carrying.
Sessions are calm, grounded, and non-judgemental.
They focus on understanding mental load, building coping strategies, and creating structure that supports daily life.
This support may include:
– Space to talk openly and honestly
– Practical tools for managing stress and overwhelm
– Support around routine, discipline, and balance
– Using movement and training as grounding tools, not pressure
Sessions are supportive and wellbeing-focused.
They are provided over Teams or in person by a mental health nurse with over 12 years experience.
